Tianci Marriott Hotel

Very nice! I only stayed here for 1 day this time, and I had no expectations for returning to my old place. But I was lucky enough to choose the Marriott, which made me look at this place with admiration. The warm service, luxurious facilities, and sumptuous breakfast make people feel happy and forget to leave. For these reasons, Tianci Marriott will be my first choice for accommodation when I come here in the future. Since I don’t have the habit of leaving pictures, I didn’t take any photos. I really like it. The front desk service is considerate. I checked in early and took my children with me. Any problems were solved quickly. If you have any health requirements, they were handled very well. The room is often full (group building, wedding banquet), but because we are on the 12th floor, the impact is not big. , the scenery is also beautiful. The breakfast is rich and really good The restaurant on the second floor has private tables and private rooms. The food is delicious and economical.

Everything about the room was good, except for two things! 1. There are cockroaches in the house. There are pictures and the truth. It made me step on it and it was a little bit different! 2. The two waiters clearing the tables in the breakfast restaurant were very loud. There were many people eating in the whole restaurant, but the sound of you two throwing plates and chopsticks was not as loud as yours. Maitai, you can wear some gloves or something, so that you don’t have to worry about it early in the morning!

The hotel is quite upscale, with a good environment and complete facilities. The room also has a newly upgraded premium system that can automatically filter the air and adjust the temperature. In short, I am very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

The price on weekdays is between 300-500. I checked in on May 1 and checked out on May 3. The price per night was 890 yuan. This is understandable, after all, it is during the holidays, but I want to say that at least the service and facilities should keep up. After all, this is a relatively expensive hotel in the town. Children's slippers and toothbrushes should be available. In addition to the abnormal downward spraying of water, the shower sprayed water everywhere, making the bathroom full of water. I asked for a floor towel once and urged twice, and it took more than half an hour to deliver it. On the morning of the 2nd, when I had breakfast, the service staff asked me how many people I was with. I said two rooms, four adults and two children (breakfast time is 8:30, basically past the peak period). On the morning of the 3rd, when I had breakfast, I was stopped by a lady who should be the catering supervisor and told us that children would be charged for breakfast. I explained that it was free yesterday, so why was it charged today, and I specifically asked the front desk when I checked in, and the front desk said that children under 1.2 meters were free. I just wanted an explanation. The lady told me that it was because we took advantage yesterday, and today we could waive the breakfast fee for one child, charging 24 yuan. Forget it. We don't want to let a breakfast affect our mood for the whole day. I paid 48 yuan. I was really angry. Haha. The funniest thing is that when I reviewed the hotel, I looked at the hotel policy and found that there was no 24 yuan standard. The payee was not the hotel. Who was Chen Hui (the lady's head picture, not the hotel)? I was speechless and felt that I was so stupid. Fortunately, my mood for the whole day was not affected by a breakfast. I bought a happy bar for 48 yuan.
